Coconut squonk mod IQOS in Maputo: the flat shortlist
Coconut in Maputo: 17 units tested over 3 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Ordering IQOS to Maputo: the practical version
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Coconut squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: coconut in Maputo works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coconut squonk mod really costs in Maputo
Coconut prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.49 per 10 ml.
How we tested coconut in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a coconut bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coconut bottle shipped into Mozambique.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Mixing coconut with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long coconut in Maputo survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for coconut in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

On the last run in Maputo: about MT2.49 per 10 ml liquid plus MT38 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
