Coconut refill pack IQOS in Maputo: the budget shortlist
Coconut in Maputo: 20 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Coil life, liquid cost and the coconut habit
If you are looking at coconut in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run coconut the same way in Maputo: same refill pack, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long coconut tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a coconut refill pack really costs in Maputo
Coconut sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested coconut in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coconut bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a coconut bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Treating the advertised MT68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.52 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for coconut in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Mozambique |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Mozambique | 7–14 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | MT68 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT2.52 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Mozambique?
Yes, tracked to 7–14 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
Is coconut legal to sell in Mozambique?
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
