Coconut mesh tank IQOS in Maputo: the deals shortlist
Coconut in Maputo: 16 units tested over 2 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How we tested Coconut mesh tank here
Coconut mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: coconut in Maputo works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coconut mesh tank really costs in Maputo
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested coconut in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a coconut bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised MT67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT3.57 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long coconut in Maputo survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for coconut in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Mozambique |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Mozambique | 7–14 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | MT67 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT3.57 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does coconut in a mesh tank last?
In Maputo we measured 2 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is coconut legal to sell in Mozambique?
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
