Coconut 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Maputo: the flat shortlist
Coconut in Maputo: 13 units tested over 2 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What the label on Coconut is allowed to say
We run coconut the same way in Maputo: same 30 ml shortfill, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Coconut in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: coconut in Maputo works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coconut 30 ml shortfill really costs in Maputo
Coconut 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested coconut in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coconut bottle shipped into Mozambique.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Treating the advertised MT28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.84 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long coconut in Maputo survives.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT2.84 per 10 ml liquid plus MT28 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On coconut the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT2.84 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
