Citrus zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Maputo: the deals shortlist — Iqosmozambique
Citrus in Maputo: 17 units tested over 9 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Where buyers go wrong with citrus in Mozambique
If you are looking at citrus in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the zero-nicotine bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a zero-nicotine bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Maputo

How we tested citrus in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised MT65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT3.07 per 10 ml.
