Citrus RDA IQOS in Maputo: the flat shortlist
Citrus in Maputo: 24 units tested over 5 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Coil life, liquid cost and the citrus habit
Citrus RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.

The short version: citrus in Maputo works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus RDA really costs in Maputo
We run citrus the same way in Maputo: same RDA, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested citrus in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for citrus in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
