Citrus RDA IQOS in Maputo: the deals shortlist
Citrus in Maputo: 10 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Delivery, returns and what 7–14 business days really means
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Citrus RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus RDA really costs in Maputo
A citrus RDA from the discounted options in Mozambique costs about MT2.7 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in Maputo survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT2.7 per 10 ml liquid plus MT53 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
Is citrus legal to sell in Mozambique?
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
