Citrus cartomizer IQOS in Maputo: the deals shortlist
Citrus in Maputo: 7 units tested over 4 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Citrus in Maputo reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus cartomizer really costs in Maputo
A citrus cartomizer from the discounted options in Mozambique costs about MT1.9 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Mozambique.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Mozambique?
Yes, tracked to 7–14 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT1.9 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
