Citrus 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Maputo: the budget shortlist
Citrus in Maputo: 19 units tested over 5 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Delivery, returns and what 7–14 business days really means
If you are looking at citrus in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: citrus in Maputo works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.

How we tested citrus in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Mozambique?
Yes, tracked to 7–14 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is citrus legal to sell in Mozambique?
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
