Cherry zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Maputo: the cheap shortlist — Iqosmozambique
Cherry in Maputo: 21 units tested over 9 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Coil life, liquid cost and the cherry habit
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long cherry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cherry zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Maputo
A cherry zero-nicotine bottle from the cheapest options in Mozambique costs about MT2.5 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested cherry in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a cherry bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the zero-nicotine bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest zero-nicotine bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised MT51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.5 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cherry in Maputo survives.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
