Cherry vape pen IQOS in Maputo: the deals shortlist
Cherry in Maputo: 7 units tested over 3 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How to tell a good vape pen from a repack
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
A cherry vape pen from the discounted options in Mozambique costs about MT2.92 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: cherry in Maputo works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cherry vape pen really costs in Maputo
Cherry in Maputo reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested cherry in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How long does cherry in a vape pen last?
In Maputo we measured 3 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is cherry legal to sell in Mozambique?
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
What nicotine strength should cherry start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
