Cherry squonk mod IQOS in Maputo: the price shortlist
Cherry in Maputo: 13 units tested over 5 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What cherry costs in Maputo
Cherry squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Cherry in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long cherry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cherry squonk mod really costs in Maputo
A cherry squonk mod from the value options in Mozambique costs about MT1.91 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested cherry in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cherry bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised MT53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT1.91 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
The rules that apply here

Packaging for cherry in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
