Cherry squonk mod IQOS in Maputo: the order shortlist
Cherry in Maputo: 23 units tested over 7 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Choosing a squonk mod for cherry
Cherry in Maputo reaches the shelf in squonk mod formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long cherry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cherry squonk mod really costs in Maputo
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested cherry in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cherry in Maputo survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cherry tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.

On the last run in Maputo: about MT2.18 per 10 ml liquid plus MT40 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Do you ship tracked orders to Mozambique?
