How we tested Cherry squonk mod here
A cherry squonk mod from the starter options in Mozambique costs about MT3.25 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Cherry in Maputo reaches the shelf in squonk mod formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long cherry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested cherry in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cherry bottle shipped into Mozambique.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Treating the advertised MT40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT3.25 per 10 ml.
- Mixing cherry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cherry tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
