Cherry RDA IQOS in Maputo: the guide shortlist
Cherry in Maputo: 13 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run cherry the same way in Maputo: same RDA, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A cherry RDA from the starter options in Mozambique costs about MT3.03 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: cherry in Maputo works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cherry RDA really costs in Maputo
We run cherry the same way in Maputo: same RDA, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested cherry in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a cherry bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cherry bottle shipped into Mozambique.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.

Frequently asked questions
Why does cherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the cherry blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in Mozambique?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 7–14 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cherry the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT3.03 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
