Caramel RDA IQOS in Maputo: the online shortlist
Caramel in Maputo: 17 units tested over 8 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
Caramel in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Maputo the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Caramel in Maputo reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: caramel in Maputo works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel RDA really costs in Maputo
If you are looking at caramel in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested caramel in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised MT36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT3.45 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for caramel in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

| Entry kit | MT36 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT3.45 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
