Caramel 10 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the review shortlist
Caramel in Maputo: 10 units tested over 2 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Caramel in Maputo reaches the shelf in 10 ml bottle formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the 10 ml bottle you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel 10 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
We run caramel the same way in Maputo: same 10 ml bottle, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested caramel in a 10 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for 10 ml bottle in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 10 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised MT29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.15 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest 10 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Mozambique |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |

| Entry kit | MT29 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT2.15 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
