Candy in Maputo: 22 units tested over 3 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Candy zero-nicotine bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run candy the same way in Maputo: same zero-nicotine bottle, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: candy in Maputo works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Maputo
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT1.83 per 10 ml.
How we tested candy in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the zero-nicotine bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for zero-nicotine bottle in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
Where candy goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest zero-nicotine bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a zero-nicotine bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long candy in Maputo survives.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Mozambique |
| Coil life | ~4 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Mozambique | 7–14 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | MT64 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT1.83 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
