Candy prefilled pod IQOS in Maputo: the price shortlist
Candy in Maputo: 15 units tested over 3 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Delivery, returns and what 7–14 business days really means
The honest read on candy: 15 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Candy prefilled pod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, prefilled pod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a candy prefilled pod really costs in Maputo
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested candy in a prefilled pod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for prefilled pod in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the prefilled pod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where candy goes wrong
- Mixing candy with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised MT66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT1.79 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a prefilled pod that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for candy in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does candy taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the candy blend itself harsh.
How long does candy in a prefilled pod last?
In Maputo we measured 3 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On candy the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT1.79 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
