Ordering IQOS to Maputo: the practical version
A candy prefilled pod from the pre-order options in Mozambique costs about MT2.31 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, prefilled pod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a candy prefilled pod really costs in Maputo
If you are looking at candy in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the prefilled pod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested candy in a prefilled pod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for prefilled pod in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into Mozambique.
Where candy goes wrong
- Treating the advertised MT42 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.31 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest prefilled pod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing candy with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
