Blackcurrant vape pen IQOS in Maputo: the online shortlist
Blackcurrant in Maputo: 22 units tested over 7 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Choosing a vape pen for blackcurrant
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: blackcurrant in Maputo works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a blackcurrant vape pen really costs in Maputo
We run blackcurrant the same way in Maputo: same vape pen, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested blackcurrant in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a blackcurrant bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 7–14 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Mixing blackcurrant with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised MT67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT3.26 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
