Berry RDA IQOS in Maputo: the review shortlist
Berry in Maputo: 11 units tested over 6 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Delivery, returns and what 7–14 business days really means
We run berry the same way in Maputo: same RDA, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The honest read on berry: 11 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a berry RDA really costs in Maputo
Most people searching IQOS in Mozambique are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested berry in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a berry bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
Where berry goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why berry tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised MT51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run MT2.75 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Berry | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | RDA | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 11 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Mozambique |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Mozambique | 7–14 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | MT51 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT2.75 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should berry start at?
Start at whatever Mozambique allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
How long does berry in a RDA last?
In Maputo we measured 6 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On berry the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT2.75 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
