Ordering IQOS to Maputo: the practical version
Berry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT3.53 per 10 ml.
A berry pod kit from the online options in Mozambique costs about MT3.53 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long berry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested berry in a pod kit
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where berry goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why berry tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
Why does berry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the berry blend itself harsh.
How long does berry in a pod kit last?
In Maputo we measured 7 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On berry the budget price and the premium price can sit within MT3.53 per 10 ml once 7–14 business days is counted.
