Berry mesh tank IQOS in Maputo: the review shortlist
Berry in Maputo: 22 units tested over 6 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Ordering IQOS to Maputo: the practical version
A berry mesh tank from the reviewed options in Mozambique costs about MT3.26 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run berry the same way in Maputo: same mesh tank, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long berry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a berry mesh tank really costs in Maputo
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Mozambique. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested berry in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
Where berry goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing berry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure. Shipping of nicotine to Mozambique runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Entry kit | MT58 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | MT3.26 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a mesh tank cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT3.26 per 10 ml liquid plus MT58 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does berry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the berry blend itself harsh.
How long does berry in a mesh tank last?
In Maputo we measured 6 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
