Berry cartomizer IQOS in Maputo: the cheap shortlist
Berry in Maputo: 10 units tested over 8 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
Choosing a cartomizer for berry
We run berry the same way in Maputo: same cartomizer, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you are looking at berry in Mozambique, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: berry in Maputo works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a berry cartomizer really costs in Maputo
Ordering into Maputo usually means waiting 7–14 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested berry in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a berry bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
Where berry goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long berry in Maputo survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Mozambique?
Yes, tracked to 7–14 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does berry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the berry blend itself harsh.
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Maputo: about MT2.7 per 10 ml liquid plus MT53 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
