Apple pod kit IQOS in Maputo: the price shortlist
Apple in Maputo: 12 units tested over 4 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
What apple costs in Maputo
Apple pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Apple in Maputo reaches the shelf in pod kit formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: apple in Maputo works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a apple pod kit really costs in Maputo
Apple in Maputo reaches the shelf in pod kit formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested apple in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 7–14 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a apple bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Mozambique, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where apple goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Mozambique accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Mozambique stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Mozambique sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.

Frequently asked questions
How long does apple in a pod kit last?
In Maputo we measured 4 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is apple legal to sell in Mozambique?
Mozambique is an emerging channel with limited retail infrastructure.
Why does apple taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the apple blend itself harsh.
