Apple 60 ml bottle IQOS in Maputo: the order shortlist
Apple in Maputo: 16 units tested over 4 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Mozambique.
How to tell a good 60 ml bottle from a repack
We run apple the same way in Maputo: same 60 ml bottle, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Apple prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Maputo that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within MT2.87 per 10 ml.
The short version: apple in Maputo works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a apple 60 ml bottle really costs in Maputo
A apple 60 ml bottle from the pre-order options in Mozambique costs about MT2.87 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested apple in a 60 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Mozambique, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every apple bottle shipped into Mozambique.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Mozambique, not a suggestion.
Where apple goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long apple in Maputo survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why apple tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Mozambique need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for apple in Mozambique must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
